Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. A confirmation warning will be shown if downgrading reduces your team member access or vehicle limit.
What happens if I reach my vehicle limit?
You'll receive an in-app notification at 80% of your limit. At 100%, adding new vehicles will be blocked until you upgrade your plan or purchase a vehicle add-on pack.
Do deleted vehicles count toward my limit?
Yes. Deleting a vehicle does not reduce your vehicle count. Once added, a vehicle permanently counts toward your plan limit regardless of status.
Are vehicle add-on packs available on all plans?
Add-on packs are available on Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans. They are billed monthly and cancelled automatically when you upgrade to a plan that covers your needs.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing charges you for 10 months at the plan's monthly rate, giving you 2 months free. You'll receive a reminder 30 days before your annual renewal.
Can I invite team members?
Team member management is available on Business and Enterprise plans. Team members can be assigned Mechanic or Manager roles.
